A national push for fintech that works for everyone.

The FinTisha Challenge 2026 is a national innovation challenge designed to identify and accelerate Tanzania's most promising fintech startups and innovators developing innovative financial solutions.

The challenge brings together entrepreneurs, developers, financial institutions, technology experts, and ecosystem partners to solve real-world financial challenges while advancing financial inclusion and digital transformation in Tanzania.

Successful applicants will participate in a structured acceleration programme designed to help them validate their innovations, strengthen their business models, access technical resources, and prepare their solutions for market adoption.

Yes. The challenge welcomes eligible Tanzanian fintech startups.

Having a prototype is an advantage, but applications at different stages of development are welcome if they demonstrate strong innovation and potential.
